Purpose of Origin

Origin is a web application by Infotex Media Private Limited. The purpose of Origin is to provide a company operating system for AI-native media and entertainment teams so they can run Mission Control, Studio production, Growth Intelligence, third-party integrations, and content distribution in one secure product.

Origin is not a consumer social network. It is an internal and partner-facing platform used by Infotex Media operators, studios, and authorized collaborators to build, create, promote, distribute, and scale media businesses.

What Origin does

Mission Control — company workflows, apps, calendars, files, CRM, analytics, and team access.
Studio — cinematic production pipelines including scripts, storyboards, assets, reviews, approvals, and delivery.
Growth Intelligence — campaign planning, launch, and performance reporting. Authorized users may connect Google Ads and YouTube so Origin can help manage advertising and channel performance on their behalf.
Integrations — secure OAuth connections, secrets vault, and connectors for third-party services used in media operations.
Distribution — publishing and OTT/admin tools (including Poola TV administration) for content distribution teams.

Why Origin requests Google access

When an authorized Origin user connects a Google account, Origin uses the granted permissions only to provide the Growth and integration features they enable (for example reading Google Ads account data or managing campaigns the user chooses to run). Google user data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
